With Will there is no BS. He is not trying to “mystify” training or nutrition.  This is a journey not a sprint and sometimes I find it motivating to be reminded of that.  There is always time to pick up the pieces and get back on your horse.

Training Experience: I used to lift weights in high school (20 years ago) and gave it up in college for…well other things you do in college that aren’t going to school.  I got back into “training” about a year before working with Will but was not doing any heavy weights or compound movements.
